Green Teas
ALI SHAN OOLONG /VIETNAM
This lightly oxidized oolong comes from Li Jia village in the Ali Shan range of Taiwan and is produced by the Fang sisters, 3rd generation female tea farmers made with the Si Ji Chun (Four Seasons Spring) tea cultivar. Sitting at 1600M, this tea garden is surrounded by a forest of fir, and bamboo. The nutrient rich soil produces a rich and full bodied oolong with notes of orchid, peach and sugarcane.
TASTING NOTES:
Gardenia, sugarcane, peach
JAZMINE PEARL/ JÁZMIN
Made from just the bud of the tea bush, this lovely green tea is pan-fired to neutralize the oxidizing enzyme, then hand rolled into tiny pearls and placed amidst just-picked jasmine blossoms for scenting, no less than five times. A transcendent experience.
TASTING NOTES:
Jasmine, papaya, honey water
MAO FENG SHUI /ZÖLD
This spring harvested Mao Feng green tea from Zhejiang China has a slightly sweet, vegetal taste and aroma with a lingering fresh aftertaste. Carefully picked at high elevation, it is exceptionally rich in antioxidants for greater feng shui enhancement.
TASTING NOTES:

ROSE CITY/RÓZSA
A delicious Oregon twist on Japanese Genmaicha. Combines the light, nutty flavor of roasted rice with a grassy green tea character and rose petal finish—all softened by a kiss of sweet manuka honey.
